Privacy policy

When you apply for an account or buy from us, we collect:

• Business details: legal name, trade name, business type, address, website and tax ID (EIN).
• Where you sell: your sales channels, storefront links, seller IDs, how long you have sold online and your expected purchase volume.
• Contact details: your name, job title, email and phone number.
• Documents you upload, such as resale certificates, sales tax permits and business licenses.
• Your login email and an encrypted password. We never see your password itself.
• Purchase requests, invoices, payment records and messages you send us.
• Basic technical data such as log-in times and pages requested, used to keep the site secure and working.

We do not collect card or bank account numbers. Payments are made by wire transfer from your own bank.

• To review your application and confirm you are a reseller.
• To run your account: show wholesale prices, handle purchase requests, send invoices and ship orders.
• To keep tax-exemption records required by law.
• To email you about your application, orders, invoices and payments.
• To protect the site and our business from fraud and misuse.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising by other companies.

We share information only with the services that help us run Netmark Supply, and only what each one needs:

• Hosting and database providers that store the site and your account data.
• Our email provider, to deliver account and invoice emails.
• Shipping carriers and prep or fulfillment centers you ask us to ship to, for delivery.
• Accountants, tax authorities, banks or law enforcement when the law requires it.

If Netmark Supply is sold or merged, account information may transfer to the new owner under this policy.

Information is sent over encrypted connections. Uploaded documents are stored privately and can only be opened by our team through short-lived links. Access to account data is limited to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so please tell us right away if you think your login has been compromised.

We keep account information while your account is open. Invoices, payment records and resale certificates are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require, usually several years. Applications that are not approved are deleted after two years unless we need them for a legal reason.

You can see your application, documents, purchase requests and invoices in your account. Email us to correct your information, get a copy of it, or close your account and have your data deleted, except for records we must keep by law. Depending on your state, you may have additional privacy rights, and we will honor them.

We use cookies only to keep you logged in. Your browser also stores the items in your current purchase request so they are still there when you come back. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We will post any changes on this page and update the date at the top. Buying from us is also covered by our wholesale terms.
